Wastelands

Synopsis
A boy stands staring out at the North Sea dreaming of a new life. His father works the stony soil in search of the hope and chance to grow food. The son is sent back to the croft house that they were evicted from not so long ago. The father struggles alone in the wasteland that is now they’re home. Upon returning the boy becomes lost in an underground chasm. His stay in the cave delays his return to the wasteland and his father, but while there he unearths long forgotten images that deepens his understanding of where he is from.
